Arabic, the language of the Holy Quran and of Islam, the most superior religion, is adopted as the world’s sixth official language. Annually on December 18, the University of Kufa celebrates this international event with its students and faculties. 

This year, the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics convened a seminar to emphasize the profound significance  and the pivotal role and global prominence of the Arabic language, concurrently fostering an inclination toward learning its distinctive script. Illustrating the aesthetic features and distinctiveness of the Arabic language compared to other languages as it is known to be the language of poetry and arts. The esteemed presenters also investigated the contemporary challenges confronting the Arabic language and proffering viable solutions to surmount these challenges. 

Distinguished presentations were delivered by Dr. Rasha Saud Abdulali and Mr. Suadad Ghanim Ashthan.
