In the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Kufa, a discussion of a high diploma was took place for the student Huraa Ali Saleh Al-Musawi. The project is entitled (A hybrid scale for the distance for cutting medical images). In this research a hybrid method (Manhattan and Euclidean) was used to measure the distance between the elements of the K-Mean algorithm in order to find the smallest distance of the elements of clusters of the medical picture that contains the disease. The proposed method depends on the results of the picture of skin cancer compared to previous researches. This comparison required sensitivity , specificity and accuracy criteria. The researcher find out the following results: 94% accuracy, in addition to two false diagnoses cases out of 35 samples.
